Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, under all circumstances:
Perishable goods such as magazines
Gift cards
Digital items (e.g., live breaks)
Trading card products once they have left the store or been shipped
⚠️ Important: Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of trading cards, all sales of trading card products are final once they leave our premises or are shipped. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on these items.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded before shipment, but will be subject to a 10% processing and handling fee.
⚠️ Note: This fee applies to all pre-order cancellations or refunds, regardless of reason, due to transaction and inventory management costs.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Digital content or partially fulfilled services (e.g., incomplete live breaks)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
A 10% processing and handling fee will be deducted from the total.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company – it may take time to post.
Contact your bank – some processing delays may apply.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your total refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Processing and Handling Fee
All approved refunds — including change-of-mind returns, pre-order cancellations, and approved exchanges — are subject to a 10% processing and handling fee, deducted from your total refund amount.
